About

I started my first company at 24.

For more than 15 years, I built, scaled, downsized, hired, fired, raised capital, generated profits, absorbed losses, and navigated real operational pressure.

In 2025, I stepped out of day-to-day operations by choice, leaving the company in the hands of the team.

Alongside entrepreneurship, I serve as a Reserve Officer in the Belgian infantry.

That experience shaped how I think about leadership, discipline, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.

Today, I invest in and advise several companies.

As a board member, I focus on professionalization; structures, reporting, and decision-making, alongside strategy, sales, marketing, and team development.

My work with founders emerged from lived experience.

From building companies.
From making decisions under pressure.
From working with mentors.
And from guiding founders who evolved into stronger leaders with business results beyond what they initially thought possible

For more than 18 years, I have studied and practiced self-development, continuously testing ideas in real entrepreneurial environments.

All of this now translates into one focus:

Strengthening the founder behind the business.
